There's nothing more entertaining than spending you whole Saturday timing at J.O.'s, let me tell you. I got to Babar's house at 7:15 (yes, AM folks) but we didn't leave til like 7:45. Ryan kept sending me all these text messages, "Are you coming?!?! Me and Chris are here!!!" So I saw them, and Ryan shook my hand which was awkward. I couldn't really talk to them because I had to time (with Shelt, by the way... hehe) and so they just sort of... left. Timing with Shelt was kinda fun but he really needs one of those Mr. Wonderful dolls because he can never say the right thing. Anders kept singing Britney Spears songs, and Melinda thinks I'm mad at her (and I'm NOT). They fed us crappy mexican food (that Babar thought was sooo good) and then for the afternoon session I timed with Annie. We kept stealing Babar's hat and this one kid walked by and I was like, "Hey, want a hat?!?! It's a good one!" And he said, "Sure!!" Meanwhile, Babar's in the lane next to us havin a spaz attack. Hehe. Babar's mommy and daddy took us out to Casa De Ole for lunch, which I think is the best thing Temple has to offer.
When I got home I went straight to Jester Pool to watch Robbie and Mitchell (don't ever let it be said I am not a good daughter or sister) and I decided to call some people. I called Connor because hey, why not, I was feeling spontanious. He was like, "Yeah, I have to go..." Whatever, go date that girl with the big forehead. I also called David Cameruca, which was really weird because we talk online but we've never talked on the phone before. I called and Matt Edgin answered and was like, "Is this Maddie from Texas Camp?" And I was like, "Yeah.." and he said, "Oh this is Matt Edgin." So it was cool to talk to Matt, but David was drunk out his ass and was being really annoying. Grrr.
Update: I'm babysitting, and all the kids are out in the yard (Robbie, Mitchell, Brian, Julia, Audrey, Joey, Morgan... that gang) and this lady just came up and was like, "Hi is the home owner available?" My first thought was "This could be a potential kidnapping" because that's what happened in East Austin ("Hi, are your parents home?" "No... AHHH!") but judging by the fact that she was 5'1 and very skinny, I thought i was okay to say, "No, sorry, bye"
