1:19 pm - Matrix Rebirth...
|
If you are a die-hard Matrix fan, do yourself a favor: Don't see Matrix Revolutions.
After going through all the trouble to see a primiere I had re-boot my brains to work again. Not only was the movie full of dialogues that are gibberish, the whole effort seemed to be in vain.

1:25 am - Leaning color...

Stylistically speaking, most web pages on the Net suck. Poor typography and color choices make it suck even more. It's not that people aren't sensible I guess. It's just that they don't want to go the extra mile to find out what can make or break a copy or layout.
Well, now you can. I just found this neat guide that will teach ya the basics.

2:05 am - Mr. 111
|
I've secretly shuddered in fears of not having something novel to do in the world. Everything that had to be done has been done. People have been there and done that.
Some days ago I had to strike out an item from my another possible-novel-thing-to-do list. The news of the discovery of the 111'st element has been confirmed. More here.
Now I must think about replenishing my list.

Whoever said pretending is the first step to being something. Pretend you're a theif and Mumbai Police will never let you become one.
Hats off to the overly cautious people who keep their eyes peeled 24x7 and keep the city safe.

6:02 am - Ready? One, two three...
|
Clebrations for December 17 have already started. It was about hundered years ago when two modest brothers trashed the belief of heavier than air objects can't fly and built the world's first aeroplane and flew it.
India too will celebrte in it's own way: By holding an air-race. Around more than 60 planes flown by amateurs and pros alike will race against each other for eight hours a day from different parts of the country. The first of its kind, the race will start from the four corners of India -- Chandigarh in the north, Barrackpore in east, Bangalore in south and Goa in west -- and culminate in Nagpur on November 22, 2003, after two days of gruelling flying. More here... (Rediff)
Nagpur, is the place to be at this November end :).
